settlement discount

I had a credit card with Capitec bank which was areas, when I was arranging to pay it they offered me a 30% discount for settling the entire amount. I later went to the bank to ask if they have proof that my credit card is now updated and no longer in areas I was told that its not. when I tried to follow up with the nimble consultant that offered my the settlement discount she said it would be updated, for months after months since 2019 I have been following it up and she was no longer responding and the worst thing is that Capitec bank has now handed me over to attorneys over money that was discounted. They dragging my name through the mud for nothing and ruining my credit record over R250.00.

Thank you Capitec

I'm so pleased with the good service i received from capitec in Beaufort West. I moved to capitec today after i realized i paid to much banking fee's at my previous bank. The gentleman at the door greeted me and was very friendly asking me how they can assist me. After i explained that i needed a account, i met with one of the consultants named Bianca. She went the extra mile for me and explained all the costs and even showing me around the easy banking app. Thank you so much Capitec and Bianca. Poor FNB Customer Service

I need to make use of my PayPal services, but the website says that I need to get my chip and PIN verified. I don't have any FNB accounts, yet it doesn't allow me to move past this. I spent half my day yesterday calling and being transferred from department to department. After I'd needed to top up my airtime for the third time I resorted to tweeting and emailing. It's been 24 hours and I'm yet to hear back from a company representative.
