Debit order dispute

Have been calling since Last month for them to reverse a payment and they told me they don't reverse anymore and the place that has been debiting I made an agreement when I was signing that the policy should be debited from November as I have joined in August but they started debiting in August and September and i have been trying to reverse the money from August already... please help me to get my money reversed please...from simnikiwe matiwane
