Disgruntled fnb customer

Ive app**** for an extension to my home loan 5 weeks ago and to date nothing is approved. Firstly there was a mixup on my assessment and going to a wrong reference number. It seems that no at fnb is really wanting to go that extra mile for a customer who is a pvt banker. I feel that they are totally *********** and the service offered from fnb has become pathetic. Its going to be the reason why ill be changing banks. Giving fnb 10 years of good banking relationship its very frustrating to find that you are not given any preference even though you are a pvt banker. Why belong to a group that can't assist you but eat ur money. Apologies from homeloans is not i want but the availability of the funds
