*****ULANT LOAN ON MY BANK ACCOUNT - NO RESPONSE
Prime Loans has **********ly used my *** account to create a debit order for a ********** loan. The loan was not taken out by me and is being deducted as a debit order. I have phoned, emailed numerous times to their customer service, *****, support, no response in 6 weeks of emailing and phoning. I have escalated to the NFO and today the National credit regulator, reporting them, i have also open a ***** case at SAPS to investigate them. I want my money back and the debit order stopping..... can anyone help me????? SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Service Very unreliable
I have been using Prime loans for a few months and have never had an issue until end of September. I have app**** for a loan but it was declined because they couldn't upload my documents. I have sent my documents via email 3 times requesting assistance but not 1 human has had the decency to at least call me or at least respond to my emails. Very disappointing and unprofessional!!!

Refunds on double debits
I have been waiting for a refund on a double debit for 2 weeks now. I submitted my pdf proof of payments on the 30 September and still have not been reimbursed. I have called the call centre to follow up only to be told the same thing " it takes 3-5 days" well it has be more than 10 days and still nothing!

I sent a request to Primeloan for a certain amount. Prime loan asked me to approve a debit order which I did. Later they told me they will send an agreement for me to sign. The next thing they sent an amount that was way less than what I was expecting. Then they sent an agreement for me sign after they have already did a wrong thing which amount to *****. I told them I will not sign this agreement until you sort out a debit date and send an amount that I requested. They disappeared. Now I'm getting their goans calling every day saying pay the money the account is overdue. Well I don't care much about goans because goans knows nothing and companies are hiding information from them because they believe that since some of them got no matric, that means they don't have enough brain capacity. So now I have lodged a complain about this ******* action against them with NCC I'm just waiting for NCC to attend to this because by law I don't owe them anything. The only thing I can do is give them their money back because they failed to meet my request.

Unresponsive identity theft horror
From the 19 of August I have tried to get an issue of identity theft with prime loans and to date I have not gotten any joy. You can't find people from prime loans on the call and they had requested that I get an affidavit of which I did *** and from there on they did nothing…. The lady by the name of Khanya promised to call me each time I requested that on *** but it seems it was just to get themselves off hello Peter! They went to an extended of removing my review right here on hello Peter while my issue is still not resolved! 😡
