I sent a request to Primeloan for a certain amount. Prime loan asked me to approve a debit order which I did. Later they told me they will send an agreement for me to sign. The next thing they sent an amount that was way less than what I was expecting. Then they sent an agreement for me sign after they have already did a wrong thing which amount to *****. I told them I will not sign this agreement until you sort out a debit date and send an amount that I requested. They disappeared. Now I'm getting their goans calling every day saying pay the money the account is overdue. Well I don't care much about goans because goans knows nothing and companies are hiding information from them because they believe that since some of them got no matric, that means they don't have enough brain capacity. So now I have lodged a complain about this ******* action against them with NCC I'm just waiting for NCC to attend to this because by law I don't owe them anything. The only thing I can do is give them their money back because they failed to meet my request.
