Disappointing and Unprofessional Service Very unreliable

I have been using Prime loans for a few months and have never had an issue until end of September. I have app**** for a loan but it was declined because they couldn't upload my documents. I have sent my documents via email 3 times requesting assistance but not 1 human has had the decency to at least call me or at least respond to my emails. Very disappointing and unprofessional!!!
