I was referred to you by Atlas finance for debt review removal in 2023, I paid what I had to, but today when I tried to apply for credit I was notified that I am still flagged. I am being assisted by William who is very unprofessional,he hanged up on me while I was talking to him, can't explain why m still flagged, he said he has to escalate to his manager and he will provide me with feedback, I dont have it still,when I call I can't get through to him. I would like to be re-funded my money back because clearly you ****med me, and what makes it worse is the lack of ownership that you are showing,one person blaming the other and yet m just a client who paid for services she didn't receive

Debt review and clearance letter
Assisted me alonge with Elite group after I mislead into debt review,which was great honestly. The process was done within the time lines and all was well. Matter Escalated due to Unauthorized Deduction
I had an agreement with Mr Pakie and my HR to switch from Payroll to debit order but mafori has been difficult and refusing to revome my name on the list even after i revoked my permission... Please note matter has been escalated to NCR and further action to be escalated to Department of Labour if it continues like this... The only interest you have it's the agreement you have with my employer than your customer...

I took loans threw Mafori via salary deduction. Once you make 5 payments about 10 agents start calling and sending whatsapp messages trying to get you to top up. My financial situation was dire so I took the top up. A few weeks later I was introduced to the debt review process and saw that it would be beneficial for me. After starting the process I got a phone from Mafori basically shouting at me and questioning me on why I went under debt review after I took a loan with them. The lady on the phone was behaving like a **** or loan shark. Myself and my debt counselor having being trying to reach them to terminate my salary deduction as per the ruling of NCA and they ignore all communication. Pathetic company and service. We will be escalating this matter to the NCR.

Requesting payment method switch
Hi i recently called your agent requesting to switch from payroll to debit order as it negatively impact certain job applications as prospective employers request payslip because I'm currently looking for something permanent as I'm a contractor now and your agent said you refused.. First of all I am in my rights to revoke that as it's not a court order but an agreement made my current employer and you guys.. I won't take the reason of you saying you can't allow me i am still in the company it's not reason enough sorry... I will send my HR statement that i revoke that and no longer authorize any deductions on my payslip.. Kindly respond to my emails with reasonable answer not what you gave me

Refusal to refund over deduction
My long term loan was paid up with mafori finance on the 11 of March, I sent my paid up letters and proof of payments yet the installment went off from my March salary, I enquired with on of their agents and I was told that loan would be paid up upon receiving the payment schedule from my employer, meanwhile I took a new loan with them on 30 March. On the 7th of April i made a follow up with them again and I was told that the refund would be paid in 48 hours, a week went by and i made another follow this is where I was informed that the refund would be used as my first installment. I refuses because that was not the arrangement and I told them this would then mean that they won't deduct for April which they said they will. My problem is that Mafori finance exploits the workers of Mangaung under the pretence of assisting them..
