****mers
I was referred to you by Atlas finance for debt review removal in 2023, I paid what I had to, but today when I tried to apply for credit I was notified that I am still flagged. I am being assisted by William who is very unprofessional,he hanged up on me while I was talking to him, can't explain why m still flagged, he said he has to escalate to his manager and he will provide me with feedback, I dont have it still, when I call I can't get through to him. I would like to be re-funded my money back because clearly you ****med me, and what makes it worse is the lack of ownership that you are showing, one person blaming the other and yet m just a client who paid for services she didn't receive

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologise for the frustration you have experienced, particularly regarding the communication and service received. We take your concerns seriously and will address the matter internally with the relevant team.
Upon reviewing your matter, we have established that there are still outstanding balances reflecting with Nedbank and Capitec, which is affecting the finalisation of the debt review removal process and the update of your status.
To assist in resolving the matter, we will proceed with the necessary court process and endeavour to secure the earliest available court date. The purpose of this process will be to obtain the appropriate court order confirming that you are no longer over-indebted, subject to the court's determination. Once the necessary legal process has been successfully concluded, the relevant steps can be taken to have your status updated on the DHS system.
We understand your concern, especially considering the time that has passed, and we will ensure that you are kept informed of the progress and next steps going forward.
Kind regards,
Mafori Credit Repair
