I took loans threw Mafori via salary deduction. Once you make 5 payments about 10 agents start calling and sending whatsapp messages trying to get you to top up. My financial situation was dire so I took the top up. A few weeks later I was introduced to the debt review process and saw that it would be beneficial for me. After starting the process I got a phone from Mafori basically shouting at me and questioning me on why I went under debt review after I took a loan with them. The lady on the phone was behaving like a **** or loan shark. Myself and my debt counselor having being trying to reach them to terminate my salary deduction as per the ruling of NCA and they ignore all communication. Pathetic company and service. We will be escalating this matter to the NCR.
