hello please review
I'm an Avon agent. I ordered stock worth R1700 in June. However the order was delivered to a wrong address. I made them aware,however a representative from Avon told me to make a plan to go collect the order. These are people's orders. my question is,who signed for my order? I was not even called to be told my order was delivered. to date I don't know where the order is. All they tell me is they will close my account n I owe them. I've been selling Avon for 9 years,this is the first experience I had to suffer to get my order.

Avon Owes Me R500 And Is Ignoring Me
On 24 July 2026 I started notifying Avon Credit Control about a mistaken payment of R500 made to account ***. Avon responded saying they "see R116.10 on their system" but have not paid me this amount, nor the remaining R383.90. Total owed: R500. I have sent proof of payment and follow-up emails COUNTLESS TIMES to *** but have been completely ignored. I sent a FINAL DEMAND email but still No response. DEMAND: 1. Full statement of account for ***. Immediate payment/refund of the full R500 to my account number 3. Written confirmation of payment date Avon is acknowledging the debt but refusing to pay and refusing to communicate. If this is not resolved within 5 business days I will escalate to the National Consumer Commission and Small Claims Court.

Avon and itc ****mers
they use our info to place orders .I git sms stating I owe them R619 I try to contact them their number they don't exit even in their branches they don't help.i email them telling them that I didn't order no one help.instead they sms me on 02July2026 stating I must pay R719 failing to so so they will handover my account.i decide to pay to avoid my credit status being drag to muddy. on the 03July2026 I got sms from itc debt collector asking for payment I send them proof of payment and explain everything. they said I owe them R132 for their fee and they provide me with their WhatsApp number that I must send the proof of my payment. I paid it same day and forward the proof but still today I'm being harassed by call that request payment .they even send sms with link that I must pay and the money is going up daily .anyone who can help me plz help

Avon has the worst customer service I've experienced. A *****ulent account was opened in my name, damaging my credit profile. Despite submitting an affidavit and proof of identity, they have done nothing to resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
