hello please review

I'm an Avon agent. I ordered stock worth R1700 in June. However the order was delivered to a wrong address. I made them aware,however a representative from Avon told me to make a plan to go collect the order. These are people's orders. my question is,who signed for my order? I was not even called to be told my order was delivered. to date I don't know where the order is. All they tell me is they will close my account n I owe them. I've been selling Avon for 9 years,this is the first experience I had to suffer to get my order.
