I was an agent for more than five years, but my experience has left me deeply disappointed. My order was delayed after the Avon withheld it, even though it was within my available credit. This affected my customers' payments. I then paid my *** in full, only to be told I still owed an additional R50 late-payment fee. I had made late payments before, but this fee was only raised after I asked for my *** to be closed and said I no longer wanted to be an agent.

The dispute was escalated to *** over an amount of around R200, despite my efforts to resolve the matter. I'm concerned about how the situation has been handled and the possibility of negative consequences for my ***.

After more than five years, I expected better communication and fair treatment. I recommend that anyone considering becoming an agent carefully review the company's payment, credit, and account-closure policies.
