Avon ***** and credit damage

The worst we have had an issue with resolving a ***** matter. Did all that was required did affidavit all supporting documents. When we call customer service they say we must send an email w send and email then no one responds this matter has been going on since last year June and no one seems to able to assist I don't know Ben know where else to escalate this matter but Avon is not responding. Can someone please contact me urgently
