Unsecured Justine account opened on my name

I have paid Justine avon last 10 November 2025 using my father's fnb account R1250.06 now im owing R2011. 27 even sent the proof of payment countless times, also tried to send the administrator my ID number it keep on saying my ID number doesn't have any debtor informtion, any help regarding this matter please im tired my credit score is damaged because of them.
