Great experience at Tiger Wheel and Tyre Cresta
I had to have my new car towed to Tiger Wheel and Tyre Cresta because of a sidewall tear in my front tyre. (My car only comes with a puncture repair kit). I then discovered that the factory-fitted tyres are not available in SA. For five days, Tiger Wheel looked after my car for me - bringing it inside their premises at night - until a replacement tyre could be delivered to them. They then fitted the new tyre at no charge. My grateful thanks to Marco!

Great experience at Tiger Wheel and Tyre Cresta

In the door expecting R250 Out R4000 later
I took my car into TnT Newmarket Mall Alberton for a slow puncture probably due to a nail , I left 3 hrs later with a R4000 bill , all 4 tyres were removed for some reason , I did specify which one had the leak , I was then told that all 4 rims on a 2yr old car which has only done 30 000 km and only goes to the local shops and back we're bent and needed to b straightened , I was quoted R750 in the bay and not knowing anybetter thought I better have it fixed . Only after I left still in absolute shock from the bill did I realise that that was highly unlikely as I would have remembered hitting so many harsh potholes , and there was no amounts of R750 on my invoice???? Great to know who to trust , they won't see me or my husband's business again .

Bad Attutude
At Tiger and Wheel and Tyree on Bree Street, Cape Town, we encountered unhelpful behavior from the receptionist. Although the staff on the work floor were friendly, retrieving price information in the office was frustrating—initially, no one was available, and when a lady arrived, her attitude was poor. We left promptly and went elsewhere. Overall, very disappointing.

To whom it may concern. I purchased Hankook tyres in 2024 at the tokai branch. It started to cracked. I took it in to have it asset and was told the reason for that was because of low air in the tyres. Which I find it strange because how can it be because I also put air in my tyres. Safety concern: repeated tyre failures, no response from branch
I have an ongoing issue with the tyres fitted by Tiger Wheel and Tyre Lifestyle to my daughter's Suzuki Swift, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. The tyres were replaced at Lifestyle, and the very next day, on 25 July, my daughter was pulled over on her way to work by someone who noticed her tyres were flat. We phoned the branch, who asked us to bring the car in. We were told there was a problem with the valves, which they "fixed". A few days later, the tyres were flat again. We took the car back, and were again told it was a valve issue. This has now happened for a third time. I phoned the branch about it, and no one has phoned me back. My daughter is now scared to drive the car because she cannot trust the tyres to hold air. This is a serious safety issue, not just an inconvenience. Given that this is the third time the same problem has occurred, I do not believe it has ever been properly diagnosed or fixed. This is really poor customer service for a problem that should have been sorted the first time. I don't know what recourse I have at this point, whether I need to take the car for an independent inspection myself, but I expect Tiger Wheel and Tyre to take this seriously and resolve it properly.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned by my experience. An agent sent me a vehicle assessment report containing highly sensitive personal and vehicle information, including registration details, licensing information, vehicle photographs, and other identifying data that should never have been disclosed to an unauthorized third party. The report contained enough information for me to identify and make contact with the vehicle owner, which clearly demonstrates the seriousness of this data breach. The fact that such confidential information was shared so carelessly raises major concerns about the company's data protection practices and internal controls. This appears to be a direct violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

The report contained enough information for me to identify and make contact with the vehicle owner, which clearly demonstrates the seriousness of this data breach. Installation of tyres at Tiger Wheel and Tyre Kroonstad
I bought and paid for a tyre that they dont have in stock. Only upon installation was told the tyre is not there and I must wait. I left because the tyre is not there and had to wait for 2 days for it to be installed. They promised to call me but never did. On enquiry, I was told the tyre had to be fetched from Potchefstroom.
