To whom it may concern.
I purchased Hankook tyres in 2024 at the tokai branch. It started to cracked. I took it in to have it asset and was told the reason for that was because of low air in the tyres. Which I find it strange because how can it be because I also put air in my tyres. And how can Hankook tyres last two years. I have Hankook Tyres that lasted 6 years. I was told to replace the tyres at my own cost.
It seems like it was a factor fault and they don't want to take responsibility.
This is not good customer service at ...
