Still waiting for response from TFG insurance claim. Still waiting for the call from them. It's being 2 months now, I don't have a phone but continuing take money from my account. What must I do. Please don't take insurance with TFG

Unauthorized tcpp, 6 and 12 months on one account

Tfg has subscribed me to their tcpp without me agreeing to it, from December my statements didn't have it suddenly this month's statement has three tcpp fees and service fee included those tcpp are optional so why subscribe them to me if I didn't choose to have them and my account is on both 12 and 6 months revolving ci why, since I made it clear I want 6 months interest free? Empy emails with no attachments CS -**********

TFG account is a ****

I have had TFG account for few years and when I tried closing it in January, I was surprised in February to find that I still owe some money and my account has not been closed, I went to the store where I closed off the account and they called customer service and CS confirm led that they made a mistake they will close my account ASAP but up to date my account hasn't been closed yet... Credit missing

Poor poor poor service

I am very upset. I always pay my account every month and pay through the bash app via TFG link and they give me the amount I am due and now all of a sudden they blocked my card and I phoned and Al they could say is the amount on bash us wrong but I had the account since October and now they are telling me this.

Confused client

I have returned 3 items but the credit is not allocated back to my account. I am so confused and when I enquired from the cashier she does not know. We called customer support from the store they advised it will still reflect but it did not. How can one be charged for items that have been returned. Please call me
