Will never deal with TFG again!

I have an account with TFG since 2017. Most of the time i pay more than my monthly payment. I have an excellent credit score. End Sep i paid R40 lower than payment due. I was immediately flagged on Clerscore and dropped 7 points because of that. They added on my Credit Burea that i missed OCTOBER despite the fact that we are still in Oct. They send me how many messages, phoned me fso many times, even contacted my daughter. I am closing my account and will NEVER deal with them again. PATHETIC is no other word for it. And in case you wonder - i went and paid R2000 instead of R40 and yet, no change, no word. Never again!
