Absolutely unacceptable service from Bash/TFG!

My debit order was successfully deducted, yet Bash failed to allocate the payment. More than two weeks, three support agents and countless empty promises later, the issue remains unresolved.

The result? My *** is incorrectly in arrears, and my credit score has been negatively affected!

How can a financial institution take your money, fail to process it correctly, and then penalise YOU for their incompetence?

Shocking service, zero accountability, and absolutely no urgency.

If they cannot resolve a simple payment allocation issue, how can customers trust them with their credit records?
