OTT REWARDS option not working.
REWARDS option not working. It just shows the BUSY ICON for a long time then goes back to menu. I reported this a few times via their WHATSAPP support and requested escalations but it still hasn't been fixed. A very unprofessional app that doesn't seem to undergo much user testing.

OTT not logging one out so cant login again as the browser session was closed
Cannot login as it states that I am logged in already. Why dont they automatically log one out after 1 hour of no use ? The login also states that the credentials are incorrect so I have to reset the password. Resolve these simple issues immediately else I will not use it again.

Unprofessional customer service
The Ott site isn't allowing customers to buy using their balance, I reached out to the Ott team and oh what a outrageouy rude encounter I had. Not sure how to resolve this when I'm not begin correctly informed

Worse service ever OTT
Hi. Iam happy to see iam not the obly one. The service is terrible. I won R700 on Betshezi. Paid out via fnb ott on the 15/08/2026. I didnt recieve any pin or voucher number. So I requested for reversal. Sunday comes. No I must request the reversal trough thr betting company. Ok I contacted them. The betting company did it. I contacted ott again how longbit will take. Sir it take 24 hours. Monday I phoned ott again. No they waiting for the financial team to refund it. Ok I waited. Tuesday I called again to inqiure. Sir we still waiting. Tuesday night. Sir I see it was redeemed. I asked by who and when. No they dont know. I must contact fnb. Wednesday 19/08/2026 I went to fnb just to find out the money never reached them. Theres nothing. So ja. The moneybis lost now. It flew away. Thanks OTT. Your service is utterly the worse I ever encountered. They even ignoring me now on watsapp.

This people are not responsible at all .i made a withdraw via fnb at 12:30 was approved by 13:30 i started my whatsapp to reverse my money at 13;52 really what services do they deliver still no resend or action am i still gonna be alive to see my winnings or dead by the time they respond
