This people are not responsible at all .i made a withdraw via fnb at 12:30 was approved by 13:30 i started my whatsapp to reverse my money at 13;52 really what services do they deliver still no resend or action am i still gonna be alive to see my winnings or dead by the time they respond

We sincerely apologize that you did not receive the appropriate assistance from our team.
We would like to advise that, for us to process a reversal, the request must first come from the company you are registered with. They have contacted us previously and requested that the funds be resent; however, we are unable to do so as this was an FNB transaction.
They have informed us that they are waiting for you to request a reversal directly with them. Once they submit the reversal request to us, we will be able to process it on our side.
Kindly contact the company and request that they initiate the reversal so that we can proceed accordingly.
