I wanted to buy R5 Rand voucher by mistake I have press R530-00 and I did send an email notifying them and they said they have refund it but I haven't received it yet and now they are ignoring me please assist so that I can get my money back.

It was very bad because they still say the same thing that they refund me but I ask them that where did they find my details of my account when I call them they don't answer my call
