Pathetic and No Accountability ...Poor Unrealible service provider
On the 28 Jan my WiFi services stopped regardless of my payment being made.I reached out to my "technician" Bongani and he forwarded me this communication: 06:16 Bongani WIFI 28 January, 07:05 thinte Temporary Suspension of Mthinte Communications 4G & 5G Internet Service Dear Valued Customer, We regret to inform you that Mthinte Communications is currently experiencing a temporary technical issue with our internet source. As a result, both our 4G and 5G internet services have been placed on hold until further notice. During the festive season, we made every effort to implement an interim solution for our 4G customers. However, due to our commitment to offering highly competitive and affordable pricing, alternative service providers were only able to offer limited data packages, which proved unsustainable for us to maintain a reliable service. Unfortunately, this issue has since extended to our 5G service as well. We would like to sincerely thank you for your loyalty and continued support. Please be assured that once all issues are fully resolved, we are committed to restoring services and bringing back your favourite packages. In the meantime, we kindly request that customers make alternative internet arrangements to avoid inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time and look forward to serving you again soon. Kind regards, This company has not reached out to its customers informing them of this we had to search and track and trace and troubleshoot by myself to see what the error was.Another debit has gone of my account without any services being provides.This is now 2 months of them taking my money but nit providing a solution. I am tired of trying to contact them as their number on the site rings continously without being answered..I will take it further legally should they not provide a solution or reimbur*****t of my 2 months paid without receiving the service. Mthinte communications are ****mers!!!
On the 27 of January their wife just stopped working with no communition, after some time I decided to contact them then they sent me a document saying they having an issue with 5g and that I should find another alternative, i then ask them to cancel my debit order so I can look for another wifi as I work from home, Sanele he then said they cancel the debit tomorrow, to my surprise today on the 6 of January they debited and I contact them and asking why cause the wifi has stopped working since 27 January which was a month to month subscription, I asked them for a refund and sent my banking details and they will send the money, they haven’t sent it! And Sanele who’s extremely rude and unprofessional sounds a ****mer who’s ****ming peoples hard end money! That company’s is a ****!!! And shouldn’t be operating!!! I want my money Mthinte communications!!!!😡😡😡

I have a Wi-fi from Mthinte I have been getting problems with their connection but in December was the worst time ever if I call Sanele would promise to come and see what's the problem but never showed up. Even worse for a week there was no connection at all and the money has be deducted in my bank and services provided going the bank to stop the debit I cannot even stop or reverse my money that they are continuing to deduct with no services provided by them I want my money back I believe they are *****ing me now. You cannot stop or reverse the debit order. They must pay back my money and they can close forever.

They have disconnected my services for almost a week without communication. They have already debited their funds from my bank account. I asked to cancel their services, they refused after taking my money!! I want them closed down for good!!

Very *********** and rude Sanele from Mthinthe communications
We have not had internet for the past two days without communication until I sent message to Sanele the guys that is available on WhatsApp then he sent me that company is having temporary technical issue I have asked him questions based on the message saying it is until further notice I was trying to get atleast turnaround time and are they looking into the matter he gave me customer care number which doesn't go through he then not give me any answers as I have asked him when is the matter going to be sorted he threatened me to give him my banking details so he can cancel my subscription without giving me any of my answers please do write off this company as they are a *********** and unprofessional but they already taken money from me

No internet and bad customer service.
Internet has been down for the whole of December, when you try to contact them you just get a message that they are not available and the inbox is full, you can not send any messages to them because the messages do not go through to them. There is absolutely no customer support. And no one let's you know what is going on. So you basically give them free money.

No internet and bad customer service.
Internet has been down for the whole of December, when you try to contact them you just get a message that they are not available and the inbox is full, you can not send any messages to them because the messages do not go through to them. There is absolutely no customer support. And no one let's you know what is going on. So you basically give them free money.

Useless Mthinte
It's been a week with no service at all, the contracted agent promised to get back to me midday of the 11th December, till now hasn't. He's not answering my WhatsApp messages. I tried reaching out online, sent an email, requested a call back and direct calling. I had no luck. They are useless bunch of quasi tech providers. I want to cancel my subscription and return my prorata fees for the month of December. Useless useless useless 🤮
