Very *********** and rude Sanele from Mthinthe communications

We have not had internet for the past two days without communication until I sent message to Sanele the guys that is available on WhatsApp then he sent me that company is having temporary technical issue I have asked him questions based on the message saying it is until further notice I was trying to get atleast turnaround time and are they looking into the matter he gave me customer care number which doesn't go through he then not give me any answers as I have asked him when is the matter going to be sorted he threatened me to give him my banking details so he can cancel my subscription without giving me any of my answers please do write off this company as they are a *********** and unprofessional but they already taken money from me
