Mthinte communications are ****mers!!!

On the 27 of January their wife just stopped working with no communition, after some time I decided to contact them then they sent me a document saying they having an issue with 5g and that I should find another alternative, i then ask them to cancel my debit order so I can look for another wifi as I work from home, Sanele he then said they cancel the debit tomorrow, to my surprise today on the 6 of January they debited and I contact them and asking why cause the wifi has stopped working since 27 January which was a month to month subscription, I asked them for a refund and sent my banking details and they will send the money, they haven’t sent it! And Sanele who’s extremely rude and unprofessional sounds a ****mer who’s ****ming peoples hard end money! That company’s is a ****!!! And shouldn’t be operating!!! I want my money Mthinte communications!!!!😡😡😡
