Useless Mthinte

It's been a week with no service at all, the contracted agent promised to get back to me midday of the 11th December, till now hasn't. He's not answering my WhatsApp messages. I tried reaching out online, sent an email, requested a call back and direct calling. I had no luck. They are useless bunch of quasi tech providers. I want to cancel my subscription and return my prorata fees for the month of December. Useless useless useless 🤮
