No internet and bad customer service.

Internet has been down for the whole of December, when you try to contact them you just get a message that they are not available and the inbox is full, you can not send any messages to them because the messages do not go through to them. There is absolutely no customer support. And no one let's you know what is going on. So you basically give them free money.
