Account Manager from Hell
I would love to post a screenshot of the way your staff send emails. I asked for a change of account manager but you guys refuse so I am forced to continue to tolerate utterly terrible service with emails containing just a subject line. Kindly change my account manager because she just doesn't communicate well.

School fees not paid but debiting my account
This is my second review since I have taken a loan with this company for my son's fees. I took another loan with them because I was struggling with his fees, only to find out that my son's fees are still owing but they are debiting my account. When I enquired, the account manager *****ba promised to call back with an answer and to this day she hasn't called. You can't get them on the phone. They really don't care about our children's education as long as they make money, this is how they treat you after you take the loan. They don't pay the outstanding fees but you will be debited without fail. I guess I will be taking further steps to the regulating authority because this is not right. Please use other alternative financial services if you are desperate not Manati they don't care it's about money for them not providing solutions.

If it were possible I would rate their service 0. It's taken them an entire week to amend my loan agreement, provide me with the payment letter so I may settle my loan with them. Been calling and texting, almost 10 days later my query still not resolved.

Do not take a loan with this company under no circumstances
Do not seek Funding from this company under no circumstances. They do not allocated payments and add on amounts to your loan and take 30 days to get back to you and wait for a debit to go off your account then tell you they can't correct their mistakes. They take advantage of loan seekers and there is no number you can call for support. Seek a loan from anyone else except them.

Manati Alternate Student funding poor service
I had app**** for a loan with Manati where i later was unable to get a space at one of the institutions they work with . I reached out to a manager i was asssigned under named Geneva who promised to escalate the matter to the relevant department . My matter has been dragging ever since mind you on my credit report it appears as if i owe them , till date i am still waiting for my cancellation letter i had to switch salaries on my bank because they continously deduct money and still refuse to tell me who they are paying the fees for since i am not registered at any institution . My credit score is continously dropping ever since they promised to work on it till date .

Refund Query
I would like to request that my query be escalated to another account manager or senior representative, as I have been trying to resolve this matter since the beginning of the year without success dealing with Nafeezah. Earlier this year, I advised that I no longer wished to deal with my current account manager, Nafeezah or their supervisor, Lesego, as I felt my concerns were not being adequately addressed. I was previously advised to contact Stadio and obtain a refund application so that my refund could be processed. After following those instructions, I was then informed that Stadio would need to process the refund directly. This contradictory information has caused significant delays and frustration. I have already submitted proof of payment and all requested documentation, yet I continue to receive little to no feedback unless I repeatedly follow up myself. It has now been approximately six months, and my issue remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received and would appreciate being referred to someone who is able to take ownership of this matter and provide a clear resolution. Please advise on the status of my refund and the next steps required as a matter of urgency.
