It's been 3 months since my graduation, and I still have not received my picture or heard anything form this company. I will never reccomend you at well. This is the worst service i have ever received my entire life. How can pictures be delayed by whole 3 months ??

2 months of waiting, over 30 business days wasted, almost R1k down the drain.
I'm going to start my review again while being more unbiased, since Hello Peter took down my earlier review because I voiced a lot of my frustrations and disappointment towards Gordon Harris. I still stand with it, even though I may have crossed the line. It's a shame I will not be able to see my graduation photos for the first time because of the inconveniently extended waiting time Time is money, and I feel like my time was not respected enough. I am grateful that Gordon Harris processed my refund, that is the very least I deserved after the ********** service I was dealt with. 2 Orders of photo packages. Because of how much I paid for, I persisted. These costed a lot of money, and I wanted to get my money's worth. However after 2 months of waiting, the photos no longer feel like waiting for. Graduations are an important time in a person's life, so for their own memories to be snatched away from them, it's only right that they be compensated for the time and memories lost. I do hope that whoever reads this will guide them into making a better decision. Please spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. I wouldn't want the same thing to happen to someone else.

**Disappointed with Gordon Harris Graduation Photo Quality**
I have always associated Gordon Harris with professional, high-quality graduation photography, which is why I was shocked by the experience I had this time. I graduated on **14 May 2026**, and I paid **R450** for my stage photos. Unfortunately, the photos I received are of very poor quality. They don't appear to have been properly edited, the lighting and overall finish are disappointing, and the images simply don't look professional. To be honest, the photos I take with my iPhone look far better than the ones I paid for. What makes this even more disappointing is that Gordon Harris photographed my UNISA graduation in 2024, and those pictures were absolutely top-notch. The quality was excellent, and I was genuinely impressed. Based on that experience, I expected the same standard this time, but instead I received photos that don't reflect such an important milestone. Graduation is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and these memories cannot be recreated. It's incredibly disappointing to pay for a professional service only to receive results that fall well below expectations. Sadly, this experience has changed my mind about using Gordon Harris for future graduations. I will never pay for stage photos from them again. Instead, I would rather hire my own photographer after the ceremony, where I know I'll receive quality photos that are worth the money. I hope Gordon Harris takes this feedback seriously and reviews their quality control processes so that other graduates do not have the same disappointing experience.

Bad quality pictures
They were the only photographers that were allowed at our graduation but the pictures they gave me were horrible. The photograph look like they were taken by amateurs. Don’t waste your money and pay for professional photographer because you will not receive a quality product. You are better off using your phone

Slowest possible service with no communication
It has been 2 months since my graduation photos were taken and I have received no communication from your team at all! You claim "All orders are completed within approximately 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)" which would have been around the 16th of may! That was 2 weeks ago - If we are forced to use your service and charged R450 then we should at least receive some half decent service - Even an email to say that you are running behind would be satisfactory. I emailed you on the 28th of April to find out if you had any updates on the processing time and I did not even receive an email back! I am very disappointed with your service

Disappointing graduation pictures
In the main image, my eyes are closed, which significantly affects the quality and value of the photo, especially for such an important moment. I paid R450 expecting professional results that I could proudly keep, but unfortunately I am not satisfied. It is also frustrating that I could not choose another photographer, as your services were the only option provided. I would not recommend anyone use your services as many of my friends have experienced the same situation with them over several different ceremonies.
