It's been 3 months since my graduation, and I still have not received my picture or heard anything form this company. I will never reccomend you at well. This is the worst service i have ever received my entire life. How can pictures be delayed by whole 3 months ??

We would like to clarify that your graduation took place on 3 June 2026, which is two months ago rather than three months. We understand, however, that this does not lessen the inconvenience of waiting for your photographs.
Our turnaround time is 6-8weeks as per our forms.

When we spoke with you today, we established that the mobile number entered on your online order form was unfortunately incorrect. As a result, the SMS updates we sent regarding your order could not be delivered. We have since emailed you a copy of your order form together with your courier information.
Your photographs were also sent for additional image enhancement to ensure you receive the best possible final product. While this has added to the turnaround time, we confirmed during our telephone conversation that your order is scheduled to be completed this week.
We appreciate your patience and apologise once again for the delay. We remain committed to delivering photographs of the highest quality and look forward to resolving this matter for you as soon as possible.
