Bad quality pictures
They were the only photographers that were allowed at our graduation but the pictures they gave me were horrible. The photograph look like they were taken by amateurs. Don’t waste your money and pay for professional photographer because you will not receive a quality product. You are better off using your phone

While you did not exactly indicate what you are unhappy with, as a gesture of goodwill, we have edited your photograph where you have a big open smile to a closed smile and will be emailing you a sample for your review. Graduation ceremonies are live events, and our photographers capture each graduate in the moment while following a carefully planned workflow. Prior to the ceremony, graduates are guided on where to look as they cross the stage to help us achieve the best possible photographs. However, as each moment is captured naturally, the final images can vary depending on where a graduate is looking and their expression at that instant.
We always welcome the opportunity to work with our clients where possible, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to address your concerns. We hope the revised image demonstrates our commitment to providing a product you can be proud of.
