Slowest possible service with no communication

It has been 2 months since my graduation photos were taken and I have received no communication from your team at all!

You claim "All orders are completed within approximately 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)" which would have been around the 16th of may!

That was 2 weeks ago - If we are forced to use your service and charged R450 then we should at least receive some half decent service - Even an email to say that you are running behind would be satisfactory.

I emailed you on the 28th of April to find out if you had any updates on the processing time and I did not even receive an email back!

I am very disappointed with your service
