My experience with Gordon Harris Photographic is really horrible. I had a graduation on the 24th of April at IIE MSA and I still haven't received my package. I wrote emails hoping for an explanation or some sort of communication because even 30 business days have passed but I still got nothingout of itGH-***. You send emails and they reply with an automatic response. I would at least like to know what's happening because I paid for these photos and the wait has been long now.

Please note that we are currently busy completing these orders. I have noticed that additional editing was requested on some of the family photographs, which has contributed to the processing time.

Please note that our turnaround time is approximately 30 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Based on this, the due date falls within this week.

We will share the images as soon as the editing has been completed. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
