It was my first time buying a Toyota car and i wouldnt mind going there again as the service was perfect and the stuff was also professional Biggest McCarthy Toyota you are the best! OOh before I forgot I was advised before and was taken through the contract slowly but surely with a smile. I would recommend people or close ones to go buy a Toyota as they gonna appreciate the service and beautiful cars they selling. Toyota you are going far as long you keep the standard im sure of it.

Very happy with the customer service at Bivest Mccarthy Toyota in Bruma. From the security personnel, reception — the staff in general. I felt at home and really made to feel like a valued client. I particularly dealt with Ruan and Winnie, and they were just phenomenal. They were both very responsive, efficient and patient. They also went out of their way to walk me through each process so I understand what I needed to do and what they were offering. Overall, I'm really happy with the stellar service at Bidvest Mccarthy Toyota. May they keep it up (claps hands).

Bad service from Toyota extended service plan
Why was I sold an extended service plan with lies and misrepresentation of information. Over the last year you guys have services my car a couple of times services amounting to 18k but I hear that in total I need to pay 31k ... please give me a settlement figure I want to pay what you guys have paid why do I need to pay more than 10k. I am highly disappointed when my car goes in and am told you cannot service it I need to pay out of pocket buy you keep deducting from my account. I dealt with toyota Hartfield Pretoria
