Very happy with the customer service at Bivest Mccarthy Toyota in Bruma. From the security personnel, reception — the staff in general. I felt at home and really made to feel like a valued client.
I particularly dealt with Ruan and Winnie, and they were just phenomenal. They were both very responsive, efficient and patient. They also went out of their way to walk me through each process so I understand what I needed to do and what they were offering. Overall, I'm really happy with the stellar service at Bidvest Mccarthy Toyota. May they keep it up (claps hands).
