Delayed refund
**Extremely Disappointing Service from Zulzi – Still Waiting for My Money** I have been dealing with Zulzi regarding my money, and it has been a week now with no proper resolution. Instead of receiving clear answers and having my issue resolved, I feel like I am being given the runaround. It is extremely frustrating to constantly follow up on your own money without getting a clear answer about when the matter will be resolved. Customers should not have to spend days chasing a company for their money. I am very disappointed with the level of service and communication I have received so far. I would appreciate a clear explanation, a proper update, and, most importantly, the return of my money as soon as possible. I hope Zulzi takes this complaint seriously and resolves this matter urgently.

Almost Expired Food and Warm Beer Every Time
Zulzi please stop delivering nearly expired food and warm beer. Almost every time I order food it is expiring in 1 or 2 days from the date of purchse. Also, almost every time I order beers they are warm. Today I ordered frozen mini pizzas which were NOT frozen and were rather soft and soggy. Also today I received warm beers again. This is not on. I order from Zulzi roughly two to three times a week and every time this is an issue. Do better Zulzi!

Driver Theft and reluctance to pay refund
Items stollen out of my delivery only for them to gas light me. Paid over 400 to complain about r60 worth of items missing. They must think we are desperate to complain. Uber would’ve issues refund and Mr D foods. Avoid this company at al costs

Order #76KPFT I’ve been charged incorrectly and I’ve been calling for my refund and I’m being given a run around by different employees at Zulzi. Have I been ****med by this app? I want my money back!!!!! And if you think I’ll keep quiet and let it slide, I will not. I want my money today and will not wait for a stupid 14 days because that’s not my problem. What the hell is this?

Disappointed customer
My experience has been great thus far, however, I recently purchased a few items on the Zulzi app and by the time I received my order there was a sticky purple substance on my items as well as one of my items being torn open. I’m quite disappointed.
