**Extremely Disappointing Service from Zulzi – Still Waiting for My Money**

I have been dealing with Zulzi regarding my money, and it has been a week now with no proper resolution. Instead of receiving clear answers and having my issue resolved, I feel like I am being given the runaround.

It is extremely frustrating to constantly follow up on your own money without getting a clear answer about when the matter will be resolved. Customers should not have to spend days chasing a company for their money.

I am very disappointed with the level of service and communication I have received so far. I would appreciate a clear explanation, a proper update, and, most importantly, the return of my money as soon as possible.

I hope Zulzi takes this complaint seriously and resolves this matter urgently.
