The sales team jolene done a great job
The sales team jolene done a great job I bought a ford ranger 3.2 4x4 2014 I took delivery on the 16 of October 2026 and its now the 6th november i have 4x4 lights flashing on dashboard due to a non functional transfer case i went back to them theyinsisted i take a motor plan out with them so they can fix it i was under the impression i am entitled to a safe and working car that it was intented for but according to them i signed the contract so i basically have to pay for it just after 3weeks of taking delivery i spoke to a Jacques all he could say to me is i signed contract and i bought the vehicle as is"and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle when i took delivery. then i hear him talking to a Robert and i have never seen such disrespect towards a customer from Robert All i was trying to find out is if i was within my rights irrespective of the contract to have a safe and working vehicle for a certain period..
