I bought a Suzuki in 2021 from Penta Motor Group in Montana. I took out an extended service plan, with them via their sister company PentaSure. I cannot get hold of these people. Nobody is answering my emails. When you phone they are eager to take your number, but nobody phones you back. I have a situation that I need to address with them in regards to the service plan expiring and requesting special circumstances that is preventing me to take my vehicle for the last service, but I cannot get hold of any body. How am I suppose to get in touch, if this is happening?

I recently bought a vehicle from Penta Suzuki Brits.. What a pleasant experience it was.. The saleperson was Sakkie and the team headed by Michael de Bruin made the experience even more enjoyable..Petsonally delivered the vehicle to my door in the east of Pretoria with a bottle of Sparkling ang a awesome batterypack/ mini compressor as a special thank you!
