I'm never using them again
Use them at your own risk. Expect delays in your deliveries. Also ensure that you LIST every single things even something as small as a kettle otherwise on top of your quote they will charge you 3k extra

Terrible Service
Furniture collected Saturday, still hasn't left Durban, three broken delivery promises Our furniture was collected from Hillcrest, Durban on Saturday morning, 24 October, for delivery to Newcastle, KZN. The trip is only about four hours. Since then we have been told it would arrive on Sunday, then Monday morning, then Tuesday morning. Each time we waited and nothing came. Today, Tuesday, we found out our furniture has not even left Durban. At no point did anyone contact us to tell us about a delay. We only found out each time by chasing them ourselves. We are now living in our new home without our belongings, with no firm delivery date and no explanation.

Moving is hardly ever a simple task
Moving is hardly ever a simple task. It's always very challenging and stressful. Ours was no exception. It was incredibly busy, with lots of decisions to be made, but we managed. It wouldn't have been possible without Mega Shift's kind, friendly and extremely professional assistance. Sinnah and Emmanuel were especially helpful, and Darlington led the crew of four brilliantly. I would recommend Mega Shift to anyone!
