Michael and his team have been such a pleasure to work with, they have helped me with two moved so far, the moves were very seamless and the team is extremely professional, the guys were so helpful … I would definitely recommend legend removals services 🤌🏽🙌🏽… my definite go to moving company 🚐

They helped me almost 7 years ago to move from Pretoria to Cape Town and then back from Cape Town. And now again. The service is next to none and the value for money is unbelievable. Thank you Michael and team for the great assistance you gave us.

I cannot recommend Legend Furniture Removal Services highly enough. During an extremely difficult and challenging period in my life, I urgently needed to relocate my household. Michael and his team stepped in without hesitation and completely transformed what could have been a stressful and traumatic experience into an effortless one. Within hours, they had packed, carefully wrapped, loaded and transported everything to my new home. Their attention to detail and care for my belongings was exceptional. Michael was also fantastic throughout the process... responsive, understanding, professional and genuinely committed to helping. THE team didn't just move my furniture; they took an enormous amount of stress off my shoulders when I really needed it.

I moved from Johannesburg to Cape Town at the end of July. After doing extensive research, I ended up choosing Legend Removals. I paid for them to do the packing in Jhb and unpacking in Cape Town. I also paid for 4 items of furniture to be wrapped, and the dishwasher to be connected. Out of 10 items of furniture, 7 were damaged. I had a lot of the furniture painted before the move, these items were treated without any care whatsoever. Their website claims that "every loose item gets blanket wrapping and ropes to secure your items. Trained and experienced staff with a wealth of knowledge" Besides the damaged furniture, an irreplaceable 1.25 meter ceramic vase was smashed, brand new linen disappeared, tv remotes did not arrive, front door mat disappeared. Despite asking several times for feedback, I received none. What I did receive was 'compensation' of R1 350. I then went back to check the invoice and saw that items I paid for to be wrapped were not, and claimed an extra R950 for services paid for and not delivered. And when I said that I was so upset and disappointed, and that there was total lack of accountability, I was told 'I regret what happened and terribly sorry for what happened. I have made the payment of R1 350 and consider the refund process closed as I see now you are adding more items (R950 for wrapping that did not happen) it is very unfortunate on what happened and please accept my apology' I can honestly say that it was a very traumatic and horrific experience, I wish I had known this before I used this company!

I have recently relocated and went on a search to find the happy medium between cost of the move, reliability and taking care of my assets. With so many known moving companies I selected 10 of which Legend Removals was one of the unknowns to me. I eventually reduced the number based the criteria I have decided on for selection. Legend Removals came into the pool every time. Eventually, after a personal visit to my property and a good all inclusive quote I decided on Legend Removals. The fear of not knowing the business was still there as the words "There goes my everything" kept singing in my my head. The day of the load arrived and wow how impressed I was. Even with the challenges of not getting everything loaded Michael made plans and accommodated us. With the offload even bigger challenges faced them with a tenant that has not vacated and still they offered to assist there, empty the new house and offloaded my load. To this I can only salute Legend Removals and thank them for being so adopting and assisting to every possible challenge they had to face. Yes, we did suffer a mirror that broke which the owner promised to cover the cost but I suppose this should be part and parcel of such a big move. Finally I just want to say Legend removals should be the first and only choice. Their moving cost, honesty, integrity of everyone, their willingness to assist and their open communication line will settle every nerve and make the move an exiting instead of a nerve wrecking experience. I have had lots of experience with Legends Renovals South-Africa since 2020. The guys are friends and wrap my goods so nicely, care for my goods. I think this is the 5th time they have moved my furniture and I am delighted every time the leave my new home. Michael and his team are just fantastic.
