On top of their game.
Their system showed all the fines that we had unwittingly accrued over 6 months, than neither of the other systems showed. Complete with pics of our vehicle and details that definately matched our travels. I had issues with the payment using my credit card, and the team responded swiftly to our messages. Great business, good communications, strongly recommended over the other options we had already signed up to ,but spectaculalry failed to deliver the goods.

Do not pay your fines through Fines SA, total waste of your hard earned money and the part is that they never respond to your queries. Can I trust FinesSA?
I received a message of an outstanding fine. When logging into my profile I was unable to verify the location of the offence on the fine detail. I submitted a query & did receive a quick response. However, the response confirmed the fine was already paid & would be removed from my profile. What would have happened if I trusted the notification & paid without quering it? I would never have received my money back.

Easy, simple, user friendly
Easiest way to keep track of and pay motor vehicle fines. The best part is I don't need multiple logins for the different vehicles I manage. Everything can be loaded one profile. A brilliant initiative. Thank you FinesSA!
