Bad customer service and lack of accountability for damage
I wouldn't recommend this company. The consultant was difficult to work with, there were automated WA messages that kept on popping up around payment and that my trip would be cancelled if I didn't pay the o/standing balance today, the communication on where the truck was going to meet me was terrible as there were two meeting points (one was storage & the other a house in Fish Hoek). I was just told between 8.00- 10.00am originally until I asked for a specific time and had to clarify the meeting point on the morning?! The worst part is that the movers scratched the tiles leading into the kitchen (which I pointed out to them and the driver at the time) when moving my fridge in but because I didn't send a mail to them within two days this nullifies their responsibility. Even when trying to point out that the driver and movers were aware and I reported it late as I was hoping with some cleaning the scratches may come out (and agree I could have reported it earlier) but was too busy unpacking and working to get to it any earlier. I am so tired of policies and processes dictating whether companies take responsibility for their actions! The tiles were damaged by Eezi Move. They should take ownership and fix it. That's the bottom line. They have absolutely zero idea of customer service. Nothing. Moving companies should make the move easier, not harder. I will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them! Wendy

Outstanding service from booking to pick up!
I recently used Eezi Move during a big, life-changing move, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, their team was exceptional. The booking process was smooth and friendly thanks to their wonderful admin staff and consultants, who made sure every detail was taken care of. The pickup team was prompt, extremely polite, and worked with incredible speed and efficiency. Most importantly, they handled all of our belongings with extreme care and loaded everything neatly and securely. Moving is usually stressful, but their professionalism and warm attitude made all the difference. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services to everyone!

EEZI MOVE INTERNATIONAL I just want to highly recommend Eeze Move to everybody. Their prices are of the best of all the quotes I obtained saving me thousands of rands. They are the most Professional and Friendly and Support Service I have ever encountered. From the word go they took the burden of packaging and loading and off loading of or boxes and furniture from our shoulders. Their staff is very friendly and the Agent, Maritza, I dealt with is one of the most friendly Professional Agents I had the pleasure to deal with. Maritza followed up daily with me and constantly updated me regarding the trip to Cape Town with our furniture.
