Extremely Disappointing Experience with Damelin – I Do Not Recommend Them I strongly advise anyone considering studying through Damelin to think twice before enrolling. Damelin promises that assignments will be marked within 48 hours, yet in my experience, weeks can go by without receiving feedback. Despite submitting numerous complaints and following up repeatedly, the delays continue. When assignments are eventually marked, the marks awarded are extremely disappointing, often barely a pass. After repeatedly complaining about the delays, it is difficult not to feel that the marking is unfair, although I cannot say for certain whether the complaints have influenced the marks. Students pay for an educational service and deserve timely feedback, fair and consistent marking, and professional support. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of frustration, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend Damelin based on my experience. Students deserve better service, proper academic support, and a provider that honours its commitments.

Cheryl Naidoo has been sending me email that I have an outstanding debt and yet I've never registered with Damelin. I've asked for the proof of registration, which was never supp****. She ignore emails,WhatsApp message and calls aren't answered.

Good day, I am extremely frustrated and angry about the way Damelin has handled this matter, and I am demanding urgent intervention. In 2022, I made an enquiry with Damelin regarding studying at your institution. After seeing the reviews and concerns surrounding the institution, I made it clear to the person assisting me, Sbongile Thusi, that I was no longer interested in studying with Damelin and would not be proceeding. I did NOT attend classes. I did NOT complete any assignments. I did NOT write any examinations. I did NOT complete any modules. Yet, from 2023, Damelin started contacting me about an alleged outstanding amount of approximately R17,000. This has continued for years, despite me repeatedly explaining that I never proceeded with my studies and repeatedly asking Damelin to clarify the modules and amount being claimed. What is completely unacceptable is that Damelin has apparently gone as far as placing my name on a credit listing for an account that I have disputed repeatedly. I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY. I am demanding that Damelin: • Remove my name from any adverse credit listing or listing that Damelin has placed against me in relation to this account. • Provide me with written confirmation once my name has been removed. • Stop the continued calls, *** and demands for payment regarding this disputed account. • Provide a clear breakdown of the alleged R17,000, including the modules and charges being claimed. • Explain why this account was reported to the credit bureaus despite my repeated dispute of the account. • Correct any incorrect information that has been reported against my name. I am tired of having to deal with the same issue over and over again. This has been going on since 2023, and it is completely unacceptable that I am still being contacted about an account relating to studies that I never proceeded with. I am no longer willing to continue going back and forth about this matter. I want this complaint escalated to a senior manager or someone with the authority to resolve it immediately. Please provide me with a complaint/*** number and have a senior representative contact me urgently. I expect Damelin to take immediate action regarding the listing against my name and provide written confirmation of the steps taken.

Incorrect Arrears Reflected on My Credit Report
I graduated from Damelin in 2024, and my account was fully paid before I completed my studies. However, I recently discovered that my credit report reflects my account as being in arrears, which is incorrect. I have tried contacting Damelin using all the available telephone numbers to request a paid-up letter and have this matter resolved, but none of the numbers are working. This has been extremely frustrating, especially as the incorrect information is negatively affecting my credit record. I would appreciate it if someone could urgently assist me with issuing a paid-up letter.

Do not recommend
I registered with Damelin 2018. Was left with 3 subjects in 2022. I eventually re registered with them to complete my degree. Haven’t had communication since after registration again. No accreditation for subjects already done, only thing they know is taking fees.

Damelin a dishonest company all over, especially management.
Refunds@educor , Philip and Chris are all involved with incorrect information, delay tactics and possibly in liquidation. Be very careful,this company doesn't deliver the actual course. They make you fill in forms for a refund. They even state the refund is in it's final stages This is unacceptable for people put therf trying to educate their children. Damelin never had updated study materials. Then promised to let my din study at the Braamfontein campus, the only one left. This company is no longer solid. Lies & deceit.
