Incorrect Arrears Reflected on My Credit Report

I graduated from Damelin in 2024, and my account was fully paid before I completed my studies. However, I recently discovered that my credit report reflects my account as being in arrears, which is incorrect.

I have tried contacting Damelin using all the available telephone numbers to request a paid-up letter and have this matter resolved, but none of the numbers are working. This has been extremely frustrating, especially as the incorrect information is negatively affecting my credit record. I would appreciate it if someone could urgently assist me with issuing a paid-up letter.
