My experience with Damelin Correspondence College has been extremely disappointing

My experience with Damelin Correspondence College has been extremely disappointing. I submitted my summative assessment on 23 June 2025, and more than a year later it remains unmarked. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have received no meaningful resolution beyond being told that the matter was “escalated.” I have also experienced portal access issues and poor communication. The failure to mark my assessment has prevented me from progressing with my studies, despite having paid for the course. I have since requested a full refund and cancellation of my enrolment, but the matter remains unresolved.
