Extremely Disappointing Experience with Damelin – I Do Not Recommend Them

I strongly advise anyone considering studying through Damelin to think twice before enrolling.

Damelin promises that assignments will be marked within 48 hours, yet in my experience, weeks can go by without receiving feedback. Despite submitting numerous complaints and following up repeatedly, the delays continue.

When assignments are eventually marked, the marks awarded are extremely disappointing, often barely a pass. After repeatedly complaining about the delays, it is difficult not to feel that the marking is unfair, although I cannot say for certain whether the complaints have influenced the marks.

Students pay for an educational service and deserve timely feedback, fair and consistent marking, and professional support. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of frustration, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.

I would not recommend Damelin based on my experience. Students deserve better service, proper academic support, and a provider that honours its commitments.
