Damaged product, missing accessories, careless packaging, and disappointing customer service
Cash Coverters Key West branch While I have generally been happy with the service I have received from most Cash Converters branches, this particular branch has left a really sour taste in my mouth. The gazebo I purchased online arrived with several broken pole connectors and a cracked centre cross bracket. The advertisement showed a gazebo in good condition with side covers, but the covers were missing from my delivery. This raises serious concerns about product quality control and whether the item was properly inspected before dispatch. I also purchased a watch, which was apparently packed in a tiny parcel and placed loose inside the enormous cardboard box (almost the size of a washing machine) containing the gazebo. Due to the box's size, I discarded it without realising the watch was inside. Nobody had advised me to look out for a separate parcel. When I raised the issue, I was told that camera footage confirmed the watch had been packed. The response made me feel that the responsibility was being placed on me, rather than acknowledging that placing a tiny parcel loose inside such a large box, without notifying the customer, was poor packaging practice. I am now concerned that I may not be reimbursed for the watch, despite these circumstances. I have requested a return and full refund for the damaged gazebo. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I am genuinely disappointed by the product condition, packaging, and handling of my complaint. **I am not surprised that this particular branch has such a poor rating on google.** Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected my confidence in shopping with them again.

Terrible service .
I visited on of the cash converters stores in Sunnyhill at The Square shopping center in August to take a loan in exchange of my new 7t inch Samsung TV. I was given a 3000 loan that needed to be paid back on the 18th of September. On the 10th I had an emergency to go out of town , I was already out of town and in Mesina , I called them to find out what will happen to my TV will it be safe . The call was made short and I was referred to the WhatsApp platform. I got the answer that the will be an additional fee , I was ok with that as I know that all loans comes with interest. Now I went there on the 16th of October I find my TV sold and I was told that I didn't not read their terms and conditions. What a disappointment it was ,so what was the point of telling me about the additional interest and all that . I was not informed of the selling of the TV since I did not show up but they have my number and ***. Them also they breached the agreement on their side , as I was reading their terms and conditions form it does state that i will be contacted by them if there is any changed to my contract with them. I am truly disappointed with the way this was handled and the communication was so short that I felt like they even did care .

Mr Brandt and staff at *** Belville is working on these cases but it does not get resolved.

****med by Rietfontein CC
On the 22nd September I visited CC in Rietfontein and bought an blown second hand car amplifier was assisted by Chauke he tested the amplifier and it was making a terrible noise while he tested it, so I tried a second one and also couldn't get proper sound out of it, so I told him I would give him time to properly test it as I needed to drop one of my workers, so he suggested that I buy the amplifier then I must at least test it with in 24 hours and WhatsApp him the results with in 4 hours and I added a video clip of the cracking sound to which he rep**** to bring the item back the next day and he would sort me out, by arrival the next morning he told me that I need to get a letter from a VAT registered company who assisted me in installing this item, On which I told him that I would have to pay for services of the failed installation . Not only did i loose the R320 but also traveling expenses to cash converters and Pretoria north and the next morning back to Rietfontein What kind of people are you employing

Pathetic Customer Service
Urgently trying to contact the Craighall branch. Phone calls aren’t answered, WA messages are read and not being rep**** with no option to call on WA, registered email address is bouncing back. DISGUSTING SERVICE, and this is the way a return customer is being treated, how will a new client be treated.!?
