Pathetic Customer Service

Urgently trying to contact the Craighall branch. Phone calls aren’t answered, WA messages are read and not being rep**** with no option to call on WA, registered email address is bouncing back. DISGUSTING SERVICE, and this is the way a return customer is being treated, how will a new client be treated.!?
