Terrible service .

I visited on of the cash converters stores in Sunnyhill at The Square shopping center in August to take a loan in exchange of my new 7t inch Samsung TV. I was given a 3000 loan that needed to be paid back on the 18th of September.

On the 10th I had an emergency to go out of town , I was already out of town and in Mesina , I called them to find out what will happen to my TV will it be safe . The call was made short and I was referred to the WhatsApp platform. I got the answer that the will be an additional fee , I was ok with that as I know that all loans comes with interest. Now I went there on the 16th of October I find my TV sold and I was told that I didn't not read their terms and conditions. What a disappointment it was ,so what was the point of telling me about the additional interest and all that . I was not informed of the selling of the TV since I did not show up but they have my number and ***. Them also they breached the agreement on their side , as I was reading their terms and conditions form it does state that i will be contacted by them if there is any changed to my contract with them. I am truly disappointed with the way this was handled and the communication was so short that I felt like they even did care .
